How Does NightCafe AI Work?

This means that to create AI-generated art, you need to upload a photo and then choose a “style” image for the AI to recreate it in.
An update to NightCafe’soffering introduced the second method–a text-to-image art generator. This more recent option combines two cutting-edge, open-source machine learning systems. This option deploys VQGAN, a generative adversarial neural network that can generate images, and CLIP, which judges how well an image matches your prompt.
How to Create Digital Art on NightCafe
NightCafe is built to be easy and straightforward for just about anybody to use. To create digital art, simply log in to NightCafe.
- Click on the "Start Creating" option.
- Type a text prompt of your envisioned digital art in thetext prompt field. You can use multiple text prompts if your digital art cannot be described in a simple sentence.
- Choose from the wide array of styles available. For more creative control, you can enter into the “advanced mode.”
- Choose between the two algorithms available, “Artistic” and “Coherent.”
- Click "Create".
- Your AI-generated digital artwill beready to download or publish in a minute or so (depending on your settings).
The “advanced mode” gives artists the option of setting the weight of each prompt and including modifiers. In this mode, you can also set the aspect ratio and determine the resolution and runtime of the digital art before it is created by the NightCafe AI. After creation, you can evolve any of your existing artworks to infuse new elements.
It’s important to note that NightCafe is a creation tool and doesn't offer a way to mint or sell your creations to other users. After creating your digital art, you can auction them on NFT marketplaces like OpenSea, Rarible, Sorare, and Etsy.
However, there is a publish option available on NightCafe. After minting the art you have created on NightCafe as an NFT, you can publish it with a link to where it will be listed for sale on other platforms. By doing this, your artwork becomes visible to other NightCafe users, who can opt to buy them using the link you have provided.

One major benefit of using NightCafe is that you retain permission to use the createdartwork as you wish, including using it for commercial purposes. However, the caveat remains that the image or file from which you created theart must not be copyrighted.
If you have made a mistake whilst creating or don't like the outcome of your artwork, you can permanently delete a creation using the "My Creations" screen. This feature is found under the three-dot menu of the creation.
